Northern Gate Retirement Community (NGRC) is a not for profit corporation established for the sole purpose of providing safe, self-contained low maintenance housing for mature adults. The development includes 97 bungalow style units, constructed in blocks of either three or four attached dwellings, each having their own individual living quarters with attached garage and private rear patio. Northern Gate will continue to provide ongoing management services allowing for occupants to enjoy all the usual privileges of independent living without most maintenance concerns.
